The challenge
An automotive display manufacturer needed to inspect glass panels for surface defects while handling them robotically through multiple process stages. The solution had to combine precision inspection with careful material handling in a compact cell footprint.
Our solution
We designed and built a complete inspection cell with a six-axis robot, high-resolution surface inspection cameras, and custom software. The robot presents each display panel to the inspection station, and defective parts are automatically segregated based on inspection results.
